RV Rental in Miami (South), FL
Miami, Florida has it all! When you book one of our Miami RV rentals for your Cruise America getaway, you'll have easy access to all of Miami's incredible natural and cultural attractions. From the warm sands of Miami Beach, to the incredible Art Deco District, to the nearby Everglades, you'll never run out of things to see and do. And from behind the wheel of your very own RV rental, Miami will come alive like never before. Plus, Cruise America offers a variety of sizes for your Miami motorhome rental, including RVs that comfortably sleep up to seven people. There is plenty of cargo space for hauling all your toys - like golf equipment, water skis, etc.
While in Miami, you can enjoy a seemingly unlimited selection of things to see and do. The Art Center is full of splashy art galleries, where local and international artists alike create and display their works in modern glass-walled studios. You can visit the Lincoln Road district, which is a wonderful pedestrian mall full of specialty shops, as well as upscale retail stores. Another Miami attraction that's high on the tourists' must-see list is the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Perched on Biscayne Bay on the south side of Miami is this rambling Italianate mansion. At one time it belonged to James Deering (of the Deering Harvester Tractor fame). The well-maintained 34-room mansion was constructed circa 1910, and was (and is) surrounded by acres and acres of beautiful landscaped gardens. These grounds are filled with fountains and statuaries, some of them original. The pièce de résistance, however, is the ornamental breakwater that sits in the bay. It was carved out of the Florida limestone into the shape of a large Venetian barge. It is adorned with decorative carvings and makes for a supreme sunset photo op.
If you want some great beach adventure outside of Miami, you can take your rental RV south to the Florida Keys. Just hop on US-1 and travel south for a breathtaking oceanic drive from key to key. In approximately 3 hours you will be in Key West. Here you can seek adventure by taking a fishing charter for game fish, or meet the fish up close on a snorkeling trip. You can scuba dive to an old sunken ship resting on the ocean floor, or you can visit the unique art galleries and museums, as well as the unusual shops. You may choose to abandon the RV kitchen and feast on fresh seafood, which is abundant in the Florida Keys. It is important to remember that when you are in the Keys, you are on island time. This means that whether you are swinging gently on a hammock between two palm trees listening to the surf pound the sand, or listening to a guitarist perform at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, you never need to look at your watch, because it just doesn't matter. And best of all, there are several amazing oceanfront RV parks to choose from while you stay in the Keys.
It doesn't matter where you go in Florida, you can be sure of two things: you will be close to sandy beaches and crystal blue water, and you will make everlasting memories in your Cruise America RV.
