If you want to hit the road in your class C rental RV, consider a 50-minute trip to nearby Grafton, Illinois, which is just a short drive up the Great River Road that winds along the Mighty Mississippi between Alton, IL and Grafton, IL. It offers 20 miles of breathtaking scenery with majestic bluffs on one side, and the swift, shimmering river on the other.
