Trenton

Trenton RV rentals are popular because there is so much to see and do in the Garden State. Fortunately for those who want to embark on some of these adventures, there is a Cruise America rental location right in nearby Mt. Laurel, just a half-hour from Trenton.

The centerpiece in Laurel is the award-winning Laurel Acres Park, which has playgrounds, sports fields, a nature trail, a fishing lake, a sledding hill and the Township`s War Memorial. Laurel Acres Park annually hosts the Mount Laurel Fall Festival, a township community day, which brings more than 15,000 friends and neighbors together for a day of family fun. If your timing is right, you can take part in the festivities!

While in Trenton, take advantage of the great town and all it has to offer. Visit the Old Barracks Museum, which in 1758 was used to house British troops during the French and Indian war. Now it`s an interpretive museum, complete with galleries, gift shop and meeting space. If you`re there during the season, you can catch a baseball game at Waterfront Park, home of the Trenton Thunder. Don`t miss the Trenton Farmers Market, where you`ll find everything from fresh, local produce to handcrafted jewelry. A visit to the New Jersey Statehouse is an educational experience, as well as a joy to see the architecture of the 2nd oldest statehouse in the nation. Don`t miss a visit to the New Jersey State Museum, which covers art, science and archeology … all under one roof.

If you`d like to escape the city and hit the road for a daytrip, here are some ideas:
Wildwood, Wildwood Crest and North Wildwood all serve up plenty to see and do. There is the legendary boardwalk, with three amusement piers. These piers feature over 100 rides and different attractions. Amongst these attractions are world-class roller coasters and three beachfront water parks. On the island you can also Jet Ski, parasail and surf. There are speedboats available to rent, too. Once the sun sets, there are a myriad of dance clubs, Irish pubs, sports bars, lounges and other hot spots for the grownups. It`s a two-hour trip, but worth the time. Simply drive your RV for 103 miles via US-208 S.

Lambertville is a quaint collection of antique shops, eclectic art galleries and cozy coffee shops … all gathered on the scenic banks of the Delaware River. It is a virtual haven for artists and craftsmen who want to do nothing but hone their crafts. The streets of the town are lined with very well preserved Victorian homes and federal townhouses. As a matter of fact, it has been said that the architecture in this gem of a town is as interesting as the people that live there, and they are pretty interesting! There is a restored 19th century train depot called Lambertville Station. It is now a popular waterside restaurant and inn. There are hidden treasures wherever you search in what is known as the "Antique Capital of New Jersey," including large outdoor and indoor markets for your shopping pleasure.

Wherever you venture in the grand state of New Jersey, your experience will be enhanced by traveling in a rental RV from Cruise America. Call now and book your reservation.
