It's very convenient to rent one of our Boston RV rentals, as we have three rental locations in the area! As a matter of fact, you'll find one right in Lakeville, just about 40 miles outside the city.

The greater Boston area is packed full of things to see and do. It's comprised of a blend of sophisticated style and historic beauty. You can start by taking a walk along the 2.5-mile famous Boston Freedom Trail, where a redlined route guides you to 16 sites that are significant to the nation's history. You can discover and explore museums and meeting houses, burial grounds and churches, and learn about the brave people who helped to form our nation. Discover some of the rich history of the American Revolution, which began in Boston. Dine in one of the thousands of eateries, both new and old. You will find upscale shops along Newbury Street, or visit the mall outlets just a few minutes from downtown.

For a great experience just outside of town, visit the Adams National Historic Park in Quincy, MA. It's only ten miles from Boston, just a quick shot down I-93 S. There you will find the birthplace homes of Presidents John and John Quincy Adams, as well as the "Old House" where four generations of the Adams family were raised. Lastly, visit the Stone Library right there at the Quincy Mansion. The park is a story of heroes, philosophers, learned women and statesmen whose ideas helped to shape thirteen disparate colonies into one nation. There are dozens of special events and programs in the park, so do your research to see what is happening when you'll be there.

Visit the beautiful seaside town of Rockport, just north of Boston. You will find miles of breathtaking beaches, hiking paths through woods and glades and the world-famous Straitsmouth Island Lighthouse. There is also the Halibut Point State Park, a beautifully unique coastal seascape where, on a clear day, you can see the Crane Beach in Ipswich to Mount Agamenticus in Main, as well as the Isles of Shoals off the coast of New Hampshire. By visiting the property adjacent to the park, Sea Rocks, you'll be able to explore the park's trails and tide pools. You may choose to picnic on the rocky ledges, or just lie back and take in the serenity. The park is open year-round from sunrise to sunset. There is a daily parking fee of $5 for instate vehicles and $6 for out of state vehicles. There are plenty of places to camp in the area with your rental RV. To get there, take I-93 North to I-95 North to RT-128.

No matter where your Massachusetts travels take you, you'll fall in love with the charm and splendor of the Bay State, and you'll never want to travel again in anything but a Cruise America rental RV.
