The buildings and grounds are impeccable There was no one to greet us but there were instructions in the tasting room. it was so peaceful to sit in the shade around the pond with a bottle petite syrah and an assortment of cheeses and crackers. Oh what a lovely visit!”

Stilson Cellars is a boutique family winery with an estate vineyard located in the Geneseo District of Paso Robles, California. The tasting room is located in downtown Paso Robles. Olive oil is also for sale from the 250+ olive trees on the property.

“We had awesome communication from our host. The parking was nice and flat and easy to find. They even provided a picnic table. It rained so we couldn’t enjoy it though. Woke up and watched the sunrise from the gazebo on the hill. We stopped in at their downtown tasting room and tried a few of their great wines and chatted with the owner. Would love to come back and try your olive oil.”
